Terms of Service

Welcome to TCG Reputation, also referred to as TCG Rep, we, us, or our.

TCG Rep is a reputation and feedback platform for people and businesses in the trading card game community. The platform allows users to create public reputation profiles, connect trade or marketplace accounts, search profiles, and leave or receive feedback related to real TCG trades, purchases, sales, or community interactions.

By using TCG Rep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You may use TCG Rep only if you can legally enter into an agreement under the laws of your country.

You must provide accurate information when creating a profile. You may not impersonate another person, business, shop, marketplace account, or community member.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.

TCG Rep is a public reputation tool for the TCG community.

The platform may include:

• Public user profiles
• Trade and social account links
• Country and region information
• User-submitted feedback
• Admin-reviewed feedback
• Search and browse tools
• Profile sharing tools

TCG Rep is not a payment processor, escrow service, marketplace, shipping provider, grading company, legal authority, or dispute court.

We do not guarantee that any user is safe, verified, honest, reliable, or risk-free.

When creating a profile, you may be asked to provide information such as:

• Display name
• Nickname
• Email address
• Country
• Region
• Avatar
• Bio
• Social links
• Marketplace links
• Trade platform links

Your public profile may be visible to other users and visitors.

You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and up to date.

Users may add links to third-party platforms, including but not limited to Cardmarket, TCGplayer, eBay, Whatnot, TCG Bulk, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, websites, and other trade or social platforms.

You may only add links that belong to you, your business, or accounts you are authorized to represent.

TCG Rep is not responsible for third-party platforms, their content, their policies, or actions taken outside TCG Rep.

Users may submit feedback based on real interactions, trades, purchases, sales, or other TCG-related dealings.

By submitting feedback, you confirm that:

• Your feedback is based on a real interaction
• Your statement is honest to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting fake, abusive, misleading, or retaliatory feedback
• You are not using feedback to harass, threaten, blackmail, or pressure another user
• You are not posting private personal information without permission

Feedback may be reviewed by moderators before it becomes public.

We may approve, reject, edit for formatting, hide, remove, or investigate feedback if we believe it violates these Terms, our guidelines, or applicable law.

You may not use TCG Rep to:

• Post false, fake, or misleading feedback
• Impersonate another person or business
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate reputation
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame others
• Share private information such as addresses, phone numbers, private messages, payment details, or identity documents without permission
• Post discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Promote scams, fraud, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Abuse the reporting, review, or feedback system
• Use the platform for spam or mass unsolicited messages

We may moderate content and accounts at our discretion.

Moderation actions may include:

• Rejecting feedback
• Removing feedback
• Editing formatting or removing sensitive information
• Hiding profiles from search
• Suspending accounts
• Closing accounts
• Blocking users
• Preserving records for platform integrity, legal, security, or dispute reasons

We are not required to publish every submitted review or feedback entry.

Users may request or use available tools to close their account.

Closing an account may:

• Remove the profile from public visibility
• Remove the profile from search
• Stop new feedback from being submitted
• Disable access to account features

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, moderation history, dispute handling, platform integrity, or legitimate business records.

Profiles may have public URLs such as:

tcgrep.com/u/username

We may change, reserve, remove, or reassign profile URLs if they violate rules, infringe rights, impersonate another person, or create confusion.

TCG Rep provides reputation-related information submitted by users and reviewed by moderators where applicable.

We do not guarantee that:

• A profile is complete
• A user is trustworthy
• Feedback is fully accurate
• A connected account belongs to the profile owner unless specifically verified
• A trade, purchase, or sale will be safe
• A user will behave the same way in future transactions

You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

TCG Rep may offer moderation or review tools, but we are not required to resolve disputes between users.

If you have a dispute with another user, you should first try to resolve it directly with them or through the marketplace, payment provider, shipping provider, or legal channel involved.

The TCG Rep name, branding, design, logos, platform structure, and content created by us belong to us or our licensors.

Users keep ownership of content they submit, but by submitting content to TCG Rep, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and use that content for operating and promoting the platform.

Trading card game names, platform names, marketplace names, logos, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

TCG Rep is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party marketplace, publisher, grading company, or social platform unless clearly stated.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TCG Rep is not liable for:

• Losses from trades, purchases, or sales
• Scams or fraud by users
• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated feedback
• Third-party platform issues
• Loss of profit, business, reputation, data, or opportunity
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of TCG Rep after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
